Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Fossils merch. If something's not right, here's how returns work:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• To start a return, email us at fossilsdub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [7] business days.
• Exchanges (e.g. for a different size) are available — reach out to the email above to arrange one.
• Because our shirts are made in limited batches, we can't always guarantee a replacement of the same design/size will be available for exchange.

Damaged or defective item? Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right — no return shipping needed on our end.
